Responsible Gaming
We feel responsible to our customers to provide an enjoyable and safe gaming experience
at CasinoShare. Occasionally, a customer has a problem controlling their gambling
time and money and we try to help as we can in these rare situations. We subscribe
to the beliefs of several problem gambling organizations including Gamblers Anonymous,
GamCare and the National Association on Problem Gambling. From their teachings,
we provide our customers with direction. This is a sensitive topic, but one that
we take very seriously.
In order to assist our players in gambling responsibly, we provide a range of options:
Self-exclusion
At a customer’s request we will close their account. During this period of
self-exclusion we will not distribute any promotional emails and we prevent new
accounts being opened using all means possible.
To use our self-exclusion option, please email us at support@casinosharesupport.com
